Responsible for monitoring the NOC and reacting to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and monitor activity throughout the network.

• Isolate and diagnose faults and escalate to higher levels of support for resolution as appropriate.

• Interact with departments to address issues identified within the network.

·      Voluntarily working at a community based channel in the production department. I was able to developed knowledge in the technical side in a studio, such as patching camera, sound and video signals.
Have gone on tour twice to Germany in 2009 and 2010. Involved with the rigging team and technical support.

Worked in the prep department testing equipment after being returned from a job. 

·      Tested HDCU1000 camera channels with HDC1500 cameras 
·      Tested box lenses, this allowed me practice on rigging and de-rigging the box lens.
·      During my time there I tested various of different equipments such as:
- HDSDI monitors
- EVS machines
- HDSDI monitors
- EVS machines
On my last four days I was given responsibility for getting kit ready for the Olympics 2012. My responsibilities started with building racks that were to be completed by professional wiremen. Also getting Everts frames ready with different cards. Such as:
- Embedders
- De-embedders
- Digital DA


Ravensbourne 2011                                                 25th – 27th June 2011
·      Had taken on the role as Technical Director.
·      Rigged the flyaway before the event.
·      Supervised Vision Control making sure it was up to Broadcast standards.

Rave Live 2010                                                         19th May 2010
·      Was a technical assistant to the engineer in charge of the flyaway. 
·      Two weeks before the event I helped rig the flyaway and make BNC and power cables.
·      On the day of event I was given the role of vision engineer.
·      Helped de-rig and roll up cables.
